Black Power Finn – BE-2026-4100801 is a chequer cock bred by V. Gaver & A. Abajo, combining Tom Van Gaver’s FINN family with Hardy Krüger’s BLACK POWER line. His pedigree brings together national-level family results, successful breeding branches and a reinforced connection to two influential foundation families.
He is a son of Killer Finn Jr, BE-2024-4076071, and the Hardy Krüger hen Daughter of Lucía, DV-2021-07274-172. A particularly important collateral connection is Alessia: Killer Finn Jr is a full brother to her father. As a yearling, Alessia achieved 1st National Ace Pigeon RFCE, long distance, 2026 for the Alberto Abajo & Tom Van Gaver team in Spain.
The paternal grandfather, Killer Finn, BE-2021-4201902, is a son of FINN, BE-2015-4211540, and TETSKE, BE-2019-4207135. TETSKE’s pedigree records 1st National against 4,238 pigeons and fastest against 7,994 pigeons. Black Power Finn’s paternal grandmother, Tina Turner Finn, BE-2023-4180461, is a full sister to FINN, giving this branch a repeated connection to the original FINN Pair. Her breeding record lists children or grandchildren achieving 1st Regional against 6,098 pigeons over 354 km and 1st Regional against 3,630 pigeons over 641 km.
On the maternal side, Black Power Finn is a grandson of New Carl Lewis, DV-2018-07274-214, whose own record includes 1st Ace Pigeon RV Mittelft and 2nd Ace Pigeon Rheinland. His maternal grandmother, Lucia, DV-2014-07274-3122, is a direct daughter of BLACK POWER and is described as an outstanding breeder. Her documented racing results include 2nd against 1,611 pigeons over 426 km. Black Power Finn is therefore a great-grandson of BLACK POWER, DV-2000-07274-1245, through Lucia, with a second connection to the same cock through Dark Angel in New Carl Lewis’s ancestry.
The pedigree lists Black Power Finn for Avirings OLR 2026 with Team Tom Van Gaver & Alberto Abajo ES, in an event that began with 3,214 birds. An appealing pedigree-based prospect for buyers seeking the FINN family crossed with reinforced BLACK POWER ancestry.
