“Avirings” — DV-2026-08195-403, bred by Team Freudenberger, brings together Boris Baloh breeding, Henk Simonz ancestry and the maternal family of Hubert Seyfried. The principal attraction is its close connection to a documented Avirings final performer.
The sire, SLO-2024-108-1402, bred by Boris Baloh, is a full brother to the hen SLO-108-22-8130, which achieved 15th against 816 pigeons in the 520 km Avirings final in 2022, together with 59th against 1,646 pigeons over 166 km. Both paternal grandparents—SLO-2021-108-5415 and the Henk Simonz hen NL-2022-8056631—are recorded as parents of this successful hen, giving the offered pigeon a direct link to the same breeding pair.
The deeper paternal pedigree adds further interest. Great-grandfather SLO-2017-108-1447 is recorded as a son of Kanibalka, 1st Ace Pigeon in 2016. Great-grandmother NL-2018-1104138 is described as a daughter of Mila of P. van der Merwe. The Henk Simonz branch continues through an ancestor described as inbred to “481” and the hen “Henk 822”, NL-2021-1416822.
The dam, 08195-18-759, was bred by Hubert Seyfried and is a daughter of 06682-11-386 and 05035-16-996. With its sire’s full sister providing the strongest performance evidence, “Avirings” offers a pedigree centred on a proven 520 km final result and supported by several distinct breeding influences.
