A proven performer with major competition success and strong final-race results in a demanding derby series.
Austrian Bolt 4 – 317-25-4 is a blue pigeon bred by Dominik Vollnhofer, combining documented Heremans–Bolt ancestry with the Ivo Renders family and Ulli Jüttner’s Delbar/Janssen/Hurrican bloodlines. Its strongest selling point is the close family evidence: an outstanding full brother, further one-loft ace-pigeon results and productive breeding on both sides of the pedigree.
Full brother 317-25-574 was 1st Overall Ace Pigeon RV Schwarzatal in 2026, winning 12 prizes from 12 races, including a 1st prize. Both parents are explicitly recorded as the sire and dam of this winner, making his performance particularly relevant to Austrian Bolt 4’s breeding potential. Another recorded brother, 317-26-5, achieved 17th Overall Ace Pigeon and 39th Short-Distance Ace Pigeon at Derby Zagreb OLR 2026.
The sire, “Austrain Bolt 342” – 317-20-342, won 1st Szentes at both RV and VRV level. His 2022 record shows 11 prizes from 12 races and 864.30 ace points. He is bred from “Ivanschitz Volare 2018” and the Hans Nickel-bred Heremans hen “Bolt Weibchen” – 01234-15-528. This paternal branch records descent through both a son and a daughter of Bolt, identified in the source as 1st National KBDB Young Bird Ace Pigeon in 2012, alongside Volare, Koopman/Kannibaal and Vandenabeele/Debacker connections.
The dam, “Ulrike 405” – 317-24-405, comes from the pairing “Ivo Magic 946” – BE-2018-6045946 × “Ulrike 549” – 336-21-549. Their breeding records include several children with two 1st prizes apiece. Ivo Magic 946 is a son of “Jonge William” and “Insanity 924”; the latter also bred Golden William, 2nd National Châteauroux in 2017—a valuable collateral connection within the maternal family.
Further racing durability comes through great-grandmother “Tochter 67” – 336-14-560, credited with 40 prizes over four years, including two 1st prizes. Austrian Bolt 4 offers a well-supported blend of ace-pigeon quality, repeat-winning relatives and established breeding families, with the full brother’s perfect 12-from-12 season as a compelling headline.
