“Avirings” — DV-2026-07093-1, a blue pied pigeon bred by Ralf Nisbach, brings together documented one-loft race performance and ace-pigeon success through the Tim Rutkowski, Karl Hofmann and SG Steffi families. Its pedigree combines the direct Theseus line with Moledo and Algarve performers, plus recorded connections to Kittel and Gomez.

The sire, “Timon” (06603 25 142), bred by Tim Rutkowski, is already credited with producing 09465 25 790, Marco Knust’s 7th Ace Pigeon at Avirings in 2025. Timon is a son of “Babylon” (NL-2023-9518438), whose parents bring two notable performances into the offered pigeon’s direct ancestry: “Theseus” (06603-19-37), 4th in the SAMDPR final in 2020, and “Nathalie” (NL-2020-4214421), associated with P. Veenstra and winner of 2nd NPO Issoudun against 2,695 pigeons. Theseus and Nathalie are both great-grandparents of Avirings.

The paternal grandmother, “Athene” (06603-19-46), adds further breeding evidence. She is the mother of 06603-21-577, winner of 1st in Hotspot 3 over 256 km. This provides another documented example of successful offspring within the sire’s immediate family.

The dam, “Capresa” (05497 25 705), is a daughter of Karl Hofmann’s 05497 23 551, 6th Middle-Distance Ace Pigeon at the Moledo Derby in 2023. Capresa’s mother, the SG Steffi-bred 08897 24 7270, is a sister to “Michelangelo”, 3rd Ace Pigeon at the Golden Race Algarve in 2023. Michelangelo is therefore a successful collateral relative, while the Moledo ace is Avirings’ direct maternal grandfather.

The deeper maternal pedigree reinforces this combination. Great-grandfather 08897 18 4246 is recorded as a grandson of Kittel and as the grandfather of the 1st Ace Pigeon at the Moledo Yearlings Derby in 2022. Great-grandmother “Algarve Ace” (08156 18 442) placed 21st in the Golden Race Algarve final against 2,132 pigeons. The other maternal branch includes 08897 22 1019, recorded as a grandson of Gomez, and 05497 22 309, a daughter of Karl Hofmann’s foundation cock “Stammvogel 1”. A compelling pedigree for buyers seeking a blend of final-race performance, ace-pigeon consistency and demonstrated family breeding strength.

Ralf Nisbach from Dinslaken, Germany, has built a solid AviRings Derby record with repeated strong performances from 2022 through 2026. His standout result is 23rd in the 2023 Semi-final from 400 km against 1,321 pigeons with DV-2023-07093-333, supported by 28th in the 2023 Average Speed ranking, 48th in the AviRings “3 races” Cup and 52nd Ace Pigeon. He also scored 47th in the 2026 Champion of the Nations classification with DV-2026-07093-1 and 84th in the 2022 final race from 521 km. Further top-percent race results include 63rd/1,466 in 2023 Race 4 and 73rd/1,784 in 2024 Race 3, confirming competitive quality across multiple seasons.
