RO-2026-0472016 “ARI 016” — a 520 km OLR finalist backed by close-family results and documented Koopman–Veenstra ancestry. Bred by Ariciu Catalin, this pigeon achieved 55th in Final 3 of OLR Derby Avirings 2026, over 520 km against 998 pigeons. Its pedigree combines the repeated influence of “ALL IN ONE” with direct descent from “LENA”, “JERSON” and “ZINA”.
A major selling point is the performance of its full sibling, RO25-0280204: 8th in the 502 km OLR Derby Moldova final in 2025, plus 12th in a 300 km race at the same event. These results belong to the sibling, not to “ARI 016”, and provide valuable evidence of the quality of the parental pairing. The pedigree also records half-sibling RO25-0280443 with 24th in Final 2 of Derby Carmelo Yupi 2025/26, over 500 km against 1,899 pigeons.
The sire is “NOËL” RO-2023-0417065, bred by Ariciu Catalin from two Pieter Veenstra pigeons: “SUPER FLOJO” and “DAUGH. ALL IN ONE”. The dam, “JERSOZINA” RO-2023-1046370, bred by Dragos Chiritescu, is a daughter of the Koopman-bred “JERSONUL” and “DRAGZINA”. Her breeding record states that all five of her 2025 entrants reached their finals, with four winning prizes.
The paternal ancestry brings together several notable OLR performers:
- “ALL IN ONE” NL-2019-1244846, a great-grandfather who also appears one generation farther back through another branch: 1st in the 544 km VFWCPR final in 2020 against 859 pigeons.
- “INFINITE GRACE” GB-2019-A41243, great-grandmother: 9th in the SAMDPR final in 2020 against 1,548 pigeons.
- “LENA” DV 09564-19-344, great-great-grandmother through “CARTIER X LENA 586”: 1st in the Algarve Golden Race final in 2019 against 3,522 pigeons.
On the maternal side, great-grandfather “JERSON” was a long-distance Olympiad pigeon at Nitra in 2013, while great-grandmother “ZINA” ranked 2nd National NPO Ace Pigeon, long distance, in 2007. “ARI 016” offers a compelling combination of its own final performance, a high-placing full sibling and multiple generations of documented racing quality.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
