NL-2026-2641042 — a blue cock bred by Team van Oss, combining his own final-race performance with a strong record of racing and breeding success in the immediate family. He achieved 30th in Final Race 2 against 1,161 pigeons and is a grandson of both the NPO winner “Gebroken Poot” and “Nationaaltje”.

His dam, NL-2021-1304213, has bred offspring recording 1st Chimay against 3,409 pigeons and 7th Laon against 6,569 pigeons. These results provide valuable evidence of her breeding quality alongside the offered cock’s own performance. She is a direct daughter of “Gebroken Poot”, NLD-2016-1665605, paired with “Nationaaltje”, NLD-2014-1219839.

Maternal grandsire “Gebroken Poot” delivered outstanding results in large fields: 1st NPO Chateau against 8,623 pigeons, also 9th National against 27,623; and 4th NPO Bourges against 4,814 pigeons, also 6th National against 14,226. He was bred from “Dicky” of D. van Oort and “Late Geeloger” of Koen Minderhoud. Maternal granddam “Nationaaltje”, bred by Team GPS, is identified in her father’s pedigree entry as 9th National Ace Pigeon.

The sire, NL-2022-8695658, brings further performance depth. His dam, NL-2021-1304270, earned 2nd Regional Young Bird Ace Pigeon and 7th Provincial Young Bird Ace Pigeon. His sire, the Elzinga-bred NL-2021-1450747, is a direct son of “National Pogacar”, NL-2020-4215319, bred by Comb. Fokkinga, paired with the C. & G. Koopman hen NL-2018-1455520 from the documented Koopman–Elzinga co-breeding.

A compelling combination of personal final-race achievement, a dam producing leading results, and close ancestors with NPO, national and ace-pigeon credentials.

Irving van Oss made a strong impression in the AviRings Derby PRO 2026 with multiple top results against large fields. His highlights include 7th and 9th in Race 5 over 405 km against 2,206 pigeons, plus 13th in Race 4 over 325 km against 2,313 pigeons. In the longer final-stage racing, he scored 17th and 30th in Final Race 2/3 over 501 km against 1,161 pigeons.
