Brave Eva — NL-2024-8509099 is a blue hen bred by Gerard Schalkwijk, combining the G. & S. Verkerk Brive family with New Euro and the Gebr. Leideman Goed Grijs line. She is a granddaughter of the outstanding Brive pair Bull S Eye × Nikkie and, on her mother's side, of New Euro × Eva.
Her sire, Brivekerk, was bred by G. & S. Verkerk directly from Bull S Eye and Nikkie, the pair that took the first two places at Interprovincial Brive, NPO 5+6, against 2,687 pigeons in 2022:
- Nikkie: 1st Interprovincial Brive against 2,687 pigeons; also 8th National Ace Pigeon, young-bird middle distance, WHZB-TBOTB 2019.
- Bull S Eye: 2nd Interprovincial Brive against 2,687 pigeons, behind Nikkie; also 4th National S2 Châteauroux against 7,962 pigeons.
The paternal depth is equally attractive: Brave Eva is a great-granddaughter of Expectation, winner of 1st NPO Vierzon against 11,506 pigeons. This branch also includes Lei, Solo Star and New Olympic Solange.
Her dam, Dgt New Euro Eva, brings together two distinguished maternal grandparents. New Euro is recorded as the 1st German Olympiad Youngster in 2015 and as sire of a 3rd National Ace Pigeon, middle distance, PIPA. His paternal ancestry is explicitly recorded as Brother Euro × Daughter Euro. Maternal grandmother Eva, bred by Gebr. Leideman, won 1st Venlo against 4,429 pigeons and is a daughter of Patrick × Goed Grijs.
Brave Eva is therefore a great-granddaughter of Goed Grijs, BE-2015-6106415, bred by Gebr. Van den Brande. A compelling pedigree choice, uniting a documented Brive-winning pair with Olympiad, national ace-pigeon and sprint-winning ancestry.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
