NL-2026-8404481 — a blue hen bred by Jelle Jellema, combining her own Avirings final result with outstanding breeding evidence from her dam. She finished 149th in the Avirings final in 2026 and is a direct daughter of Cor Walda’s “Bobbel” and Jan Morsink’s “Super Breeder 080”.
The dam is a major selling point. “Super Breeder 080” (NL-2022-8175080) has produced pigeons recording 2nd in the Algarve Golden Race final in 2024 and 10th in the Turkish Premium Pigeon final in 2025. These results provide close-family evidence of success in one-loft finals; the successful birds share the offered hen’s dam, although their fathers are not identified in this pedigree.
On the paternal side, “Bobbel” is a son of “Olympic Hakon” (NL-2023-9617687) and “ROXY” (NL-2023-9617742), both bred by Cor Walda. The offered hen is therefore a granddaughter of Olympic Hakon, recorded as 2nd Olympiad pigeon in the middle-distance category in 2026 and 6th National Ace Pigeon in the PIPA middle-distance/one-day long-distance ranking in 2024. This branch also traces through Comb. Lokhorst’s “Yaxio” and Mark van den Berg’s “daughter Gucci” to Pieter Veenstra’s “Gucci”.
The maternal pedigree brings together several clearly documented breeding lines. She is a great-granddaughter of “Valitas” (NL-2008-1304438), whose results include 1st NPO Blois against 9,586 pigeons, 2nd NPO Bourges against 7,356 pigeons and 7th NPO Salbris against 10,430 pigeons. Valitas’s son “New Valitas” was paired to Koopman-bred “Flirt”, a daughter of “Golden Dirk” and “Gicara”. Her maternal grandmother is a daughter of Pieter Veenstra’s “Mr Vito” and a direct daughter of Gaby Vandenabeele’s “Rudy”, establishing further descent from “Mr Blue”, “Dolce Vita”, “Rudy” and “Maya”.
A compelling combination of documented one-loft family performance, an accomplished paternal grandfather and established Veenstra, Koopman and Vandenabeele ancestry.
