A solid auction candidate with measurable derby results and a standout top-13% finish in the 521 km final stage.

SLO-2026-102-1403 combines a documented 521 km performance with the Romina, Romario and Thomas 6 families on the paternal side and Gino Clicque’s Golden King and Prince bloodlines on the maternal side. This bird finished 130th against 998 pigeons over 521 km at AviRings Derby 2026. Close-family support includes a half-sibling credited with 19th in the 506 km Derby Zagorje final and 30th Ace Pigeon at the same derby.

The sire, RO-2023-0417039, bred by Aricui Catalin, is an explicitly recorded full brother to RO-0416910, which achieved 12th in a 520 km final, alongside 6th Average Speed and 18th Ace Pigeon; its record also includes 23rd in the AviRings 2023 Three Race Cup. The paternal grandparents are New Benjamin and Princess Thomas. Through New Benjamin, the auction bird is a great-grandchild of Romina, RO-2021-195438, winner of 2nd in the 505 km Balkanic Fair Play final in 2021. Romina is a daughter of Romario 410. Princess Thomas adds a further documented connection through her mother, the Ganus Family Loft hen GFL-23 / 2021, a direct daughter of Thomas 6.

The dam, BE-2024-3059596, is a granddaughter of Golden King, BE-2017-3061598, making the auction bird his great-grandchild. Golden King’s record includes 1st National Ace Pigeon KBDB, long distance, 4th National Tulle against 5,326 pigeons and 5th National Limoges against 7,236 pigeons. The maternal grandfather is a son of Golden King paired with a daughter of Porsche 911, establishing that bloodline through actual parentage.

The maternal grandmother, BE-2019-3089916, bred by Gino Clicque, is a granddaughter of Golden Prince and the documented mother of a 2nd National Tulle performer. Her pedigree also brings in Devil Prince and a daughter of Rudy. An appealing combination of the offered bird’s own distance result, close-family derby performances and a maternal family carrying substantial national racing credentials.

Rok Boček – Team Pohorje from Zreče has shown strong AviRings Derby form, highlighted by 7th Average Speed, 12th in the AviRings “3 races” Cup and 20th Ace Pigeon in AviRings Derby 2024 with SLO-2024-102-209. In individual races, the team recorded 19th and 23rd from 1,930 pigeons in Race 1, plus 20th from 1,379 pigeons in Race 5. Their pigeons also achieved 30th, 37th and 48th from 1,784 pigeons in Race 3, showing depth across the team. In AviRings Derby PRO 2025, SLO-2025-102-908 placed 28th from 698 pigeons in Final race 2 over 501 km.
