“JP 450” — NL-2026-8135450 is a dark cock bred by Fijen, combining documented racing performances with a pedigree linking Herman Brinkman’s “Unbelievable” to Peiren/Jellema, Van Dommelen/Van Aer and Batenburg van de Merwe bloodlines. Raced by JP Hageman, he is credited with 74th Agen (Z) against 229 pigeons.
A great-grandson of “Unbelievable”. His dam, “Kid Unbelievable” NL-2022-8496686, is a daughter of “Son Unbelievable” NL-2020-1112037, obtained directly from Herman Brinkman. Through this clearly documented line, “JP 450” descends from “Unbelievable” NL-2012-1119774, whose outstanding record includes:
- 3rd National Bergerac
- 12th National Périgueux
- 13th National Dax
- 26th National St Vincent
Quality race results also feature prominently on the sire’s side. His father, NL-2024-2403322, was bred from NL-2020-2018944 and “Zoé” NL-2019-3903005. The paternal grandfather won 2nd Fontenay against 234 pigeons and 5th Issoudun against 359 pigeons, while “Zoé” distinguished herself with 7th Bergerac against 1,467 pigeons.
The deeper pedigree adds further substance. Paternal great-grandsire “Blauwe Peiren” NL-2018-1431214 carries the recorded Peiren/Jellema bloodlines, with his sire described as coming from the Peiren Barcelona line. “Zoé” brings in “Donkeren Johan”, recorded as Van Dommelen/Van Aer. On the maternal side, “Bontje Oele” is a daughter of “Inteelt Wittenbuik” NL-2007-1765999, a Batenburg van de Merwe cock bred from a grandson of Wittenbuik paired to a granddaughter of Wittenbuik. A pedigree-led opportunity combining close-family Bergerac performance with direct descent from a multiple National prizewinner.
