BOND 007 — BE-2026-2082007 is a chequer cock combining documented performances over 402–501 km with a concentrated Jellema paternal pedigree and the BlueStar family on the maternal side. A grandson of Mighty Mike and Bontje Meike, he also shares his mother with a pigeon placed prominently at international level from Agen.
BOND 007's own recorded results:
- 209th against 2,206 pigeons over 402 km in Race 5.
- 148th against 1,160 pigeons over 501 km in Final Race 2/3.
- 648th against 1,790 pigeons over 501 km in Final Race 1/3.
His father, NL-2023-9028215, Zoon Mighty Mike, bred by U. Jellema, is a direct son of Mighty Mike paired with Bontje Meike. Mighty Mike, NL-2020-1064993, achieved 10th National Bergerac in 2023, supported by 31st NPO Limoges in 2023 and 33rd NPO Limoges in 2021. Bontje Meike, NL-2021-1488674, recorded 25th NPO Limoges in 2023.
This paternal branch brings together repeated descent from Blauwe Kweker, NL-2019-1225890, and Kleine Meike, NL-2017-1626661: they are the parents of Mighty Mike and also of Bontje Meike's sire. Kleine Meike is therefore BOND 007's great-grandmother through Mighty Mike and appears again one generation further back through Bontje Meike. Her own results include 4th NPO Bergerac in 2020 and 4th NPO Périgueux in 2018, giving this repeated family connection clear performance substance.
His mother, BE-2022-2034313, bred by Radu Florin/Koen De Backer, is also the mother of Radu 2051124/24, credited with 139th International Agen against 12,768 pigeons over 800 km in 2025 and 12th Local Dax over 883 km that year. These are results of another offspring of BOND 007's dam, providing valuable evidence of her breeding quality.
The maternal pedigree is closely anchored in BlueStar, BE-2018-2043421, recorded as 1st Provincial Ace Pigeon, marathon, in 2020. BOND 007's maternal grandfather is a son of BlueStar, while his maternal grandmother is BlueStar's full sister, with both parents matching in the pedigree. An appealing combination of personal race results, repeated Jellema ancestry and a maternal family supported by international long-distance performance.
