NL-2026-8498590 “TOPAS x QUIARA” — a grandson of 1st National Ruffec winner PEKE, from two accomplished racing parents. This chequer cock, bred by Ebben & Team Renkum, combines documented AS Golden Greece performances with national-winning and national ace-pigeon quality in his immediate ancestry.
His sire, TOPAS (NL-2024-8252958), achieved 15th Grand Average Ace Pigeon at AS Golden Greece (W) in 2025 and 42nd in the final. TOPAS is a son of PIET and PEKE, bringing together a multiple Federation winner and a National winner.
His dam, QUIARA (NL-2021-1004724), demonstrated her ability against substantial fields, taking 4th Chalons en Champ against 2,280 pigeons and 17th Niergnies against 10,021 pigeons. She is a daughter of MICHEL and LADY GUUSJE.
The paternal grandmother, PEKE (BE-2020-6130898), bred by Fernand & Koen Mariën, supplies the pedigree’s standout victory: 1st National Ruffec against 9,998 pigeons over 760 km. Her breeding background adds another important supporting result: PEKE is a full sister to the pigeon recorded as 20-333, winner of 33rd National Bourges against 25,096 pigeons, both being bred from JOSHUA and ANDREA.
Paternal grandfather PIET (NL-2020-1302181) won three Federation first prizes and three top-seven NPO long-distance placings. On the maternal side, LADY GUUSJE (NL-2016-1310997) earned 9th National Ace Pigeon in the PIPA 300–700 km category in 2019, reinforcing the pedigree’s emphasis on sustained racing quality.
The deeper ancestry includes the Ad Schaerlaeckens-bred ICARUS and INDY, alongside the Ebben-bred FIDEL, HADENNA and HANNIBAL, and Peter Janssen’s KATJA. Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
