NL-2026-8070836 “DE 836” is a blue pigeon whose pedigree combines the Jo Hendriks & Zn. and Vanwersch families with J&M Hameeteman breeding and the documented breeding strength of “Spike”. Recorded for the Avirings Derby 2026, this bird brings together large-field provincial performances, NPO results and national middle-distance ace-pigeon quality.
A major maternal selling point is the winning full sibling of its grandmother. The maternal grandmother, “Keesie” (NL-2024-8388840), is explicitly recorded as a full sibling to “22-156”, winner of 1st Niergnies against 2,605 pigeons and fastest in the provincial field of 20,033 pigeons, with the pedigree noting a five-minute lead. The same relative also achieved 3rd Pont St Maxen against 3,774 pigeons. These are performances of Keesie’s full sibling, providing valuable evidence of quality in this close maternal family.
The dam, “678” (NL-2025-1443678), is bred from “Spiky” × “Keesie”. Spiky is a son of “Spike” (NL-2021-1417633) and “Damela”. Spike is also the documented father of NL 22-8664494, credited with 3rd National PIPA Ace Pigeon, middle distance, and 9th FCI WBP, middle distance, 2024. Further maternal ancestry includes the J&M Hameeteman cock “OLYMPIC 22” and “Super Keesie” (NL-2019-1626915), recorded as bred by Koen Minderhoud.
The sire, “054” (NL-2025-1475054), bred by Jo Hendriks & Zn., is a grandson of “777” (NL-2020-1731777). This direct paternal great-grandfather of DE 836 recorded 8th Provincial Rethel against 12,840 pigeons and 43rd NPO Vichy against 1,234 pigeons. Another paternal great-grandparent, “HET LORRIS.SUPER” (NL-2021-1423558), achieved 2nd Provincial Lorris against 9,120 pigeons, while “LOENA SUPER VLIEGSTE” (NL-2022-8668516) adds 1st Rethel against 825 pigeons.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
