NL-2026-8120424 combines documented AVI family performances with national and international marathon success. This pigeon is bred from “Big B&B” (NL-2023-9635438) and “Corrie” (NL-2023-9635433), both bred by Paul van den Berg. Its pedigree brings together the Suarez–Sylvie family, the Paulien connection, Verweij-de Haan’s Milos/Vino blood and the marathon performer Thijs.
A leading close-family selling point is the sire’s full brother, NL-2025-1309744, credited with 8th in AVI Final Race 1 in 2025. The dam, Corrie, also carries documented breeding results: her offspring are credited with 62nd against 1,349 pigeons over 320 km in AVI R5, 2025, and 63rd against 998 pigeons in AVI Final R3, 2026. These are family performances, not results attributed to the offered pigeon.
The paternal grandfather, NL-2019-1528948, is a son of “Suarez” × “Sylvie” and is recorded as a brother to pigeons credited with 3rd National Agen ZLU and 5th National St. Vincent ZLU. Another important paternal ancestor is great-grandmother NL-2014-1802026, bred by Comb. Verweij-de Haan and described as a granddaughter from the Milos/Vino family. She is explicitly recorded as the mother of “Paulien”, 1st International Pau 2020—a significant breeding reference in this branch.
On the maternal side, the offered pigeon is a great-grandchild of “Thijs” (NL-2007-1552441), the 2nd Netherlands Marathon Ace Pigeon in 2012. The maternal pedigree also records a daughter-of-“Perpignan” connection, with “Perpignan” credited with 1st International Perpignan 2013 and 17th National Aurillac against 10,338 pigeons. An appealing pedigree for fanciers seeking a combination of AVI family results and established marathon racing strength.
